Tighten the Flange Bolt

INSTALLING THE GRINDING WHEEL

1. Placethegrindingwheelandangeboltonthespindle.

2. While pressing in on the spindle

lock button, turn the grinding wheel

by hand until the lock is fully en-

gaged.

3. With the lock fully engaged, turn the

angeboltclockwisetotightenwith

theangewrench.

4. Withtheangeboltandnuttightened,checkandmakesurethegrindingwheelmoves

freelyupanddownontheangenut.

5. Plug the unit in and test run to check for balancing before starting to grind.
